Maintaining weight 101.

"Eat whatever you want in small portions just exercise 3 times a week and you will be able to to do so"

Losing weight 101.

"Calculate your daily caloric intake, you may eat as much as you want but you must burn more than what you eat in order to burn fats otherwise you are wasting your time!"

Exercise 101.

"Don't just run, swim or cycle! It's time to carry weights, its okay to start off small. I started off by lifting 2kg"

Rehabilitation 101.

Get a foam roller and a yoga mat. That's all you need.

Nutrition 101.

Eat, eat, eat! Just watch what you eat.
